Protecting AI Agents and Empowering Users – Sneak Peek at What We’re Building
Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been working on something I’m genuinely excited about: a functional solution that protects the content and processes of Custom AI agents, while also keeping a full audit log of who uses them and when.
The dream here is simple though: add missing but much-needed functionality to consumer AI tools so they become more usable, accessible, and secure. The goal is to give people who wouldn’t usually have the means or technical knowledge the ability to build and share their own solutions with minimal cost, minimal setup, and maximum results.
We’ll be releasing full details of this project soon and inviting people to try it out, but for now, let me give you a taste of what this makes possible.
A Real Example in Action
As a customer of my own solution, I’ve built a tool that interviews my clients about their businesses and processes. It doesn’t just fire generic questions though—it uses methods and frameworks I’ve refined over many years to explore, challenge, and extract the right detail about how their business functions and the tools they use.
Here’s what makes it powerful:
- Clients can use it on any device, anytime.
- They can pause and pick up later, switch between typing, voice, photos, PDFs, or even showing a process via camera.
- At every step it recaps what it’s learned and then, when complete, automatically compiles everything into a detailed narrative and sends me the findings.
That means when I step in as the Human in the Loop, I already have a structured set of documentation ready to go. I can then dig deeper with smarter follow-up questions, create process flow diagrams, and build on the discovery—without spending days just gathering information.
Why This Matters
Traditionally, this sort of discovery phase takes days of onsite effort or hours of calls, not to mention the time business staff spend away from their actual jobs. Now:
- It’s completed in their own time.
- It can be passed between team members.
- It’s broken into manageable chunks.
- And most importantly, it massively reduces cost, since you don’t need an onsite consultant just to get started.
This is the type of impact I hoped for when we began building the solution.
What’s Next
We’ll soon share an example service that you can try for yourself. Not only will it show you how our solution works in practice, but it’s also something you can use directly to benefit your business.
I’m really excited about what’s coming next—watch this space for more.
